Form I-824 after I-130 approval

My wife filled out I-130 applications for my mother-in-law and father-in-law back in March and June of 2022. Both of their cases got approved yesterday. For my mother-in-law's case, USCIS is forwarding the petition to NVC in NH, but for my father-in-law's case they've asked him to fill out Form I-824 (please see attached image). Both of them are overseas and both applications were filled out the same exact way. So we're trying to figure out why my mother-in-law's case was sent to NVC, but for father-in-law's case USCIS asking to fill out Form I-824 for which we would have to pay another filing fee. Anyone had any similar experience?

Questions on Filing for Spouse

Hello, everyone! My name is Aria.

I am 22 years old. I am a U.S. citizen. I got married to my husband in July 2022 in Bangladesh. He is a Bangladeshi citizen. I have the intention of applying for him to come here so we can be together.

My parents are not aware of this marriage, as I have gotten married to him secretly. His family, however, does know and supported our decision completely. I am just not sure how to bring him here as everything seems so confusing. I know I am to file a I-130 form but I had a few questions. I am a student and my income is very low, as I am a part-time student but I do have a friend who meets the requirements to sponsor him. What kind of proof would they require to establish that this marriage is legit? We have a marriage certificate and marriage pictures. He is a student as well and does not have his own bank-account and after researching, I read that they may look at shared bank accounts? We do not have that. What other proofs might they consider as "legit"?

Please give me any help or advice! Thanks a lot!

Traffic ticket pending for court date while N400 in two weeks( 5 year rule)

I have a 2.5 years old school bus crossing traffic citation of over 500 USD. The ticket was controvarsial so I hired a traffic lawyer who is representing me for this case. We are still waiting for a court date on this ticket while I have N400 interview in two weeks. My traffic lawyer's office is saying that as I am not convicted yet so it should not be a problem. On the other hand many people and lawyer online say its best to not keep any citation pending during interview.Even if I try to pay this ticket I have the option to go on deffered probation for 6 months to make off record, if I do this my ticket will be eventually dismissed after 6 months but the immigration officer might hold off my decision until I send them proof of ticket getting dismissed through probation. Or I can pay off the ticket without probation option that way this ticket will be in my driving record, charge points but might not delay my interview decision. I am not sure what to do at this point. Can anyone help me find some answers to my questions?

Re-Applying I-130 again for my mom who surrendered her greencard a few years back

Due to some personal and family reasons, my mom officially surrendered her greencard. She is now ready to immigrate and I am applying for all over again. When I have gone through I-130, I see in the form, it asks about A-number and SSN. Question is, she used to have a A-number do I enter that number? She also had SSN, do I enter that too ?

I m kind of concerned about the progress of my spouse visa application.

After I submitted the petition, I received a letter which is NOT regarding a pending case or immigration status.

I feel that spouse visas should be on top priority since the two married each other to be together .not remain apart for one year.

P.S. the case processing time is 10 months. Who knows it might take longer than that
