My wife is here for almost 2 years now. I am thinking applying for i751 conditional removal. I was just thinking can i not skip this step and directly apply for n400 in 6 month?

I and my family is applicants of F4 family visa category. We received DQ email in October 2020. Recently I've logged in CEAC and noticed that my name has been removed from the applicants list while the other three family member including principal applicant remained unchanged. I thought this might be because my age is no eligible to move to USA in a F4 visa category. Therefore my question is DOES NVC REMOVE APPLICANT EVEN AFTER DQ DUE TO THE REASON I'VE STATED ABOVE? I want to turn in the I-864 Affidavit of Support this week, and my income from 2020, 2019 and "current annual income" is above the poverty guidelines. However, my income from 2017 does not meet the 2020 poverty guidelines.

Since it asks for the most recent, 2nd most recent, and 3rd most recent tax returns, and the tax filing date in the U.S. starts on February, so should I wait two weeks to file my 2020 tax return? On the other hand, if I only put my most recent tax return as 2019 and estimate my current income for 2021, will I get checklisted?

I m currently living in Australia on student visa that is going to expire soon. I just had a query that whether US Consulate in Sydney will interview an applicant (given there is no ban on issuing visas) who is not an Australian citizen but is on a bridging Visa. Or its better if I apple for some sort of Temporary work permit (will cost me A$1650).
