US Immigration from Bangladesh

Hello,

I am a US citizen and my spouse's CR1 case has been docunentarally qualified at NVC on 3rd August 2021.

Does anybody know if US embassy Dhaka is holding immigrants visa interview at this moment?

The reason I wanted an insight on this is because If my wife's interview will take some time to be scheduled then I might as well go and visit her. But if there's a chance that it will be scheduled within next 4 months then I will wait.

Any information on this would be very helpful.

I have a pending AOS from K1 in Seattle. My Advance Parole expires in March of 2022. I will be travelling outside the USA in December.

is there any rule that I have to have 6 months left on my AP to be allowed entry into the USA? Like passports have to have at least 6 months of validity, do are Advance Parole the same? Or does it not matter?

Is Covid-19 vaccine really required if you are outside USA after Oct 1?

In Bangladesh

1. It will take me 3 months to get vaccine.

2. They might need a national ID Card, passport may not work, I heard people having issues, getting a national id card is a very lengthy process.

If vaccine required, is there a way to get waved?

Just a head up. We had a combo interview this week in nyc(i751 and N400) and interview Officer did not accept account or return transcripts that you can download from irs website. He wanted those which showed the full name( copyof original tax filling). Luckily i had a copy of those. Also if you have combo, then expect longer waiting time. We waited more than 3 hours
