Good day to all. I am a newbie seeking help. My significant other and I are trying to ensure that we fill out the correct forms and read thoroughly all instructions before we do anything. I already have a B1/B2 visa and I got married to him while on vacation and returned to my home country. I have a cruise already booked for December 2019 and don't want no issues when departing. We talked it over and want to apply in January 2020. 1. Do I still have to apply for the I-130 or just apply for the AOS? 2. Which forms should we complete? Thank you in advance for your suggestions and comments. By the way I live in the Bahamas and He lives in Florida. I don't see my comments from persons in the Bahamas, but I'm confident we will be together no more than 18mths. I have no issues with it because it will give me an opportunity to keep my job to earn a salary during the wait. We already been at this from 2016 so few more month won't hurt knowing it will be pay off. Makes no sense to get there and sitting home relying on one income.
