US Immigration from Australia

Hello! If you could help my fianc and I make sure we have everything needed for the initial K-1 application packet, it would be appreciated. We are planning on submitting in a few days. Here is what we have:

1. Payment

2. Form G-1145

3. Identifying Documents: (Petitioner s birth certificate, Passport style photos of the petitioner and beneficiary)

4. Statements: Intent to marry from both the petitioner and beneficiary, 3 supporting statements from friends and family

5. Form I-129F

6. Evidence of In-Person Meeting in the Last 2 Years: 8 pictures (2 with other people, 6 selfies), 3 hotel receipts, flight itinerary, esta, i94

7. Evidence of On Going Relationship (3 text conversations, 1 gift receipt, 1 image of a care package, 1 love letter the petitioner sent the beneficiary, 2 personal statements from the couple)

We are trying to decipher how to file for a visa for my step child. I am the U S citizen, my husband has his green card and his daughter is under 21 and was 15 when we married. We would like to bring her here from Australia. If I am reading correctly, since she is under 21 and I am her legal step parent, I can apply for an immediate visa for her as a US citizen? Has anyone gone through this that could give us some advise on the best way to go?

My wife and I filed the 130 and 130a visa so we can get the process rolling on us moving over to America, but we only recieved a reciept from the consulate for a 130..is that ok? Is the 130a supplemental? Should we have gotten 2 receipts?

I'm currently in Australia, my wife is Australian and we have filed the I-130 and now I'm working on re-establishing myself back home,bit how? My mom went to the bank to open am account for us and we have to be there in person, and same with my drivers license, that being said if I flew there to do those things and said I live there wouldnt that be lying? I technically live here in Australia until things get approved.

I had a question regarding expediting. If someone expedite their case successfully in NVC stage, and gets sent out to Sydney embassy, does that also mean the interview process will also get expedited. Or will they have to apply a separate expedite request to Sydney embassy for the interview date.

I m confused Because my friend in another country said their process was NVC approved expedite and petitioner can choose the date of their interview with the available dates. But in Australia how is the process of getting the interview date after being expedited in NVC stage.
