Am waiting for my EAD etc still and there are Scam emails coming out, saying your case has been resolved with fake case numbers and a link to usvisascheduling.com - NOTE its not .gov

anyone else getting these and how are they getting my email address?

Hi. I am planning to apply for a US Tourist Visa this year. I am 29 years old, working full time in Australia (not a permanent resident) and South East Asian passport. My mom, who was a tourist visa holder in the US, overstayed there for more than 5 years now. What should I do with my application? I know I need to declare it but how can I increase my chance to get an approval. I just want to travel for 2 weeks.

Hi, not sure if this is the right place to post this. Since filing AOS I485 /EAD etc i found out i cannot drive on my Australian licence over here and need a US licence. So question is how am i supposed to practice and get used to driving here on the opposite side of the road and car to prep for the driving test when im not allowed to drive on a foreign licence now? I m sure for some adapting to driving on the opposite side of the road and car is easier than for others but i feel i need to get used to it before i can do a test.

My Situation.

Married 6 years ago spouse had been travelling back and fourth got stuck here in US due to covid and we had our first child together born here in the US. She has 3 of her own children from previous relationship with her. Wanting to apply for permanent residency. What forms are required how much will it cost total and is there any websites I could use to make the process of filing more simple? I'm getting very confused on this whole process I just want my family together and the right way so she is able to work ect she came on a visiting visa. She did not expect to get so unwell and sick so it's complications for travelling.

My partner and I are in the middle of adjustment of status. We did concurrent filing of I-765, i-485, i-131, i-130. Her work permit has been approved. She has already done her biometrics appointment in Dec 2022 and the USCIS shows that biometrics are complete for for the i-765 and i-485 but the I-131 is showing that she needs to complete biometrics. Is she required to do biometrics a second time? I thought the biometrics appointment was for everything. Should we contact USCIS?
