US Immigration from Afghanistan

I just noticed when I checked my case on the CEAC status tracker it says that I have an Immigrant Visa Application, when in reality I applied for a K-1 visa which is a Non-Immigrant Visa Application. Anybody else have the same issue?

my main concern is if theyll contact them , what if we are not on good terms just curious?

or is it optional to mention them

Hello all, my husband filled for petition to bring his father to us and filled I130 on February 7th, we just recurved letter on August 28th to provide original birth certificate. He has the original birth certificate that's been translated in engliu with all the stamps and signs but not the original dari or pashtoo language version. We can't get that one because my husband is deployed for work and there's no way he can go back to Kabul to get the original foreign language version. What do we do? Do we resend the Emglish version or is there any other suggestions. I would really appreciate your help please.

I received a voicemail from USCIS asking me to call them back as soon as possible. My date on ceac.state.gov did not update though when I received the voicemail. When I contact the embassy or vice versa, the date updates to the date of last contact. Does the date not update when USCIS calls?

Has anyone tried a Writ a Mandamus and been successful? How long after AP did you have your lawyer submit a Writ a Mandamus?
