US Immigration from Afghanistan

Hi everyone!

my fianc had his medical examination last year on the 19th and it 8 days it will be a year since. I m assuming it expires after a year. Will they be contacting us to prior to it expiring or after it expires in order to re-do the medical examination.

When I submitted DS260 i wrote only one email, but when I submitted documents to KCC i used another my email and i got instructions about submitting documents. Till now i am receiving emails on my another eamil . So is it aproblem or confusion on my whole case ???

Please can you help me if I have to provide birth certificate ? What does it mean IV purposes? Is DV program considered IV ?

I had lived in 2 countries and I have police certificate from one, but I have to travel to second country to get police records and it takes time and may i can't get visa up there.

So is dismissing such documents could effect to my case??
