Congrats on moving onto next step! did you get the nvc notification via email or mail? ours got approved august 5th but we have not received anything via email or mail 😕 anxiously waiting in this endless waiting game 😣

NOA2 was on august 5th still have heard nothing from NVC yet their website is saying they’re processing cases received from us is on august 22😣 submitted inquiry form online like late august… but obv they still going through julys inquiry lollll arghhh this waiting and no response I’ve had enough can’t wait to be over. Anyone has heard back with noa2 around early august?

NOA2 on august 4th 2022 sent to NVC same day. Hopefully will hear back from NVC with case number this month 🤞

Try to call tell tier1 officer that you never receive a call from tier2 despite receiving an email notifying they’ll be calling. Ask for a callback. I was abroad when tier2 called and never picked up. I insisted on a callback and they did callback the next day however they called while I was washing my hands and when I picked up they hung up. They then proceeded to close the file with an email saying our case was being adjudicated.

Are you not able to talk to tier2 about this issue? That is unacceptable. I thought after 60 days of RFE received they allow request for update?

I thought there’s a timeframe to respond to RFEs within 60 days maybe tell them that and want to inquire further into the case as is passed the 60 days?

Then maybe is close now and yours will get processed soon!

I totally get it. These feelings are all validated. There were days we got very upset and actually wanted to give up and go on to do a marriage visa. Then we thought of how far we have came and then set a time limit on how much we would wait and tolerate it. Don’t let the hopelessness get to you. You will hear a response soon or later. I know this is the worst torture. Hang in there!! I know theyte coming just very very slowly rn. The broken US legal immigration system failed all of us 😕

I’m in the 76500 group which is kinda cursed 😕 finally got a RFE and onto more waiting. yeah they would just kept saying is within normal processing time but is totally outside of the 13 months they are talking about. Yeah These tier1 agents can’t do much 🫠

Going 435 days finally heard back but is not the greatest news… we got RFE🥴 but at least we know that USCIS has looked over our case and is not just endless waiting. Trust me it will come to you just a matter of time and whether you persevere and keep waiting. I know is painful to be separated from fiance or fiancée for such a long time, but don’t let time go wasted! Keep waiting and keep holding onto faith. Now… on we go waiting for another 1/2 months for response from RFE🥴 if anyone know how long on average they respond to RFE let me know. So we can brace ourselves for more waiting.

Finger crossed🤞this journey has been the worst torture. It’ll be sad to just give up now.

Oh I see. That’s weird indeed. But just few cases +/- so we have a rough idea of how the cases are going still. Thank you!

There’s also 1 approval in addition to RFER in my group 76500. Not sure if there’s anything missing in other groups, but these few days the activity in my group doesn’t seem to come up on your updates even at the end of the day. thank you for keeping up with the updates everyday despite you being on the other side now!

423 days waiting… can’t get more disappointed and hopeless than seeing them moving onto May… leaving the rest of us waiting even longer😭
