  1. Hello people. Compliment of the season to you all. Please I will like your input on my vaccinations issue . At the medical examination for the k1 visa in Paris, I was unable  to get my vaccinations done but the surgon did the examinations without it but was told I can do it in the states ... I am trying to see where I can get all the vaccinations done  is it possible  to get it at CVS or Walgreen or it has to be a Uscis civil surgon..

  2. Was able to do my interview without legal status and was approved. Already got my visa.. My status was never asked about for once during the interview. Location Paris France
  3. Hiya ... I want to update that I was able to have my interview with going back to my home country and out of status
  4. Hello all... will like to say thank you to all the response to all my questions. Thought I should follow up to the topic , I was able to go for the interview without legal status and i was approved.
  5. Hello everyone. Please I will like your advice on this issue, my fiance is in france which he is living for the past 9 year now but out of status. He asked for asylum in 2013 but refused in 2016 by our case is approve will be next year 2023, my question is can he be interview in france since he will be there for 10 year and can't go back to his home country.
  6. Hello everyone. Please I'm a little worried about my I 129f petition, which i filled all the necessary informations about me the petitioner and beneficiary but left all the ones not necessary blank not writing N/A. Can that cause for REF.
  7. I get what you saying, but the trend you mentioned was the individual who got interviewed in France or Italy like you mentioned out of status if you recall?
  8. I'm Nigerian and your opinion to my question is insulting to Nigerians ..So please keep your options to yourself, you don't know the situation of every country i will never come up here to say that about any country or people. Just cause of the mention of Nigeria you assumed the worse. If I say that about your country i bet you will say otherwise. Not everyone is bad minded.
  9. Thank you so much ,you have been so helpful . Will like to ask on the topic you said you saw something similar like this , can you remember if the person was interviewed without PR .
  10. Wow he is in France, cause I have been trying to see if he could be interview there, seeked asylum that was in 2013 but denied 2016,so it's over 6yrs now still living there ,the information is that without status he can obtain Pcc . The only consign is will he be able to be interviewed at the US embassy.
  11. The truth is you just don't guess what situation people are ,and give advices. No point explaining to you ,cause you've made up your mind about what the media or what your hear about Nigerians. And for your information I'm a Nigerian American too the same tribe ,so you thinking is way way off .
  12. I believe seeking doesn't guarantee you getting approval for asylum,it is to the description of the host country if the situation is deem dangerous enough ,which was the case with all the evidences one provides. So the question is since he doesn't have legal status where he is to do the interview at the U.S embassy. What options are there to use? The denial was in 2016.
  13. Hi everyone. Please will like to know if it is advisable for my fiancee, who seeked asylum in Europe, but was denied many years ago but still lives there (9yrs) to be exact, go back to his home country for the the interview for k1 visa. We've met once and filed got NOA1. Is there any risk for denial? Home country is Nigeria.
  14. Hi, I want to know if our k1 can be transfer to the country of the beneficiary, since he can't have the interview at his current located country, due to not having the resident permit. Got the NOA1 already ,waiting for the NOA2. So please when and how do we go about transferring our case .
