Almost done at NVC is i-129f Approved

Almost done with i-130 I am waiting for DS-230 forms. Now i-129f Approved on August 15,07. Do you think Should I call NVC to stop I-129f or let things going?

No need to stop it and no harm in letting it continue. There could be a benefit to you if it races ahead.

Keep the K3 rolling as it's good for a backup. Won't cost you anything unless you decide to go with it later.

Then will cost a LOT more than the CR.

Stick with the CR if you can as it's a MUCH better visa.

Just make sure you send the DS-230 back to the NVC as soon as you get it to save time.

Question. If NVC complete the i-130 CASE and i-129f also goes to embassy. Then i-130 will stay in NVC but i-129f goes to embassy do i have to do the Adjustment of Status all over again.

Nope. Once the cases leave the service center, they proceed independantly. NVC will not hold the I-130, if you keep responding to their requests.
