Yeah I heard this too and I have read it already (even printed out a copy just in case the civil surgeon will insist me to take it) ... I'm happy that I am exempted with this coz of its 30 days grace period.

This is sort of awareness to everybody..so I am glad you start a post!

Hi, it was fixed a little while ago as I posted about the vaccintation info error earlier (see thread below). However, it looks like what's going on is that some people are just sending in their DS-3025 for the AOS. (See thread below.) I actually asked about it in the thread below, because nowhere in the new I-693 directions does it say that doing this is acceptable... it seems that right now it is all just through word of mouth that this is acceptable.

Here's what I think needs to be added to the BEGINNING of the thread. And maybe the date needs to be changed so that people know that it is updated info. When the I-693 thread was fixed, the date was not changed, so I'm betting that people are thinking that it is still old info...

Great link that explains this stuff pretty clearly... what's necessary in terms of vaccines and TB test requirement since the form has changed.

Just a thought... some people are getting RFEs for not having included their I-693s and others are not.

Hi Captain Ewok... Here is a link to the I-485 directions that clearly state that an I-693 needs to be completed. See page 4.

I would add this info as well to the first page, along with the info that I included in bold in my previous post.
