Raja,

You can just send an e-mail for the DS3032. MAKE SURE THAT THE E-MAIL ADDRESS IS THAT OF YOUR WIFE. If your wife does not have an e-mail address set up a hotmail account or something similar with her name.

You can e-mail the choice of agent to the following address

nvcinquiry@state.gov

No need for a PDF document or anything. When you e-mail the choice of agent, you do not need to send the actual form to them in the e-mail

Below is what I had sent to the NVC for my Choice of Agent. I received an e-mail back confirming Choice of Agent in a couple of days.

If you send a similar e-mail for choice of agent, your wife does not need to send the DS3032 to the NVC.

Good luck.

my wife just received email confirmation that her email request for Choice of Agent was received. she didn't send the DS 3032 or attached it or anything, just an email message like the one posted above, so this does work if you want to speed things up, it took 3 days.

JK

Dear Madam,

NVC has received the Agent of Choice selection. The Immigrant Visa

Application (DS230) processing fee bill will be sent to the designated agent on the

case. The fee mustbe paid according to the instructions before that form will be sent.

Please allow two to four weeks for the designated agent to receive this fee bill.
