I can`t find my last 3 yrs tax-returns .

I had them before,but now i don`t know where they gone.

the interview day will come soon,

now which way is better:

call irs to get tax return transcripts or i fill 1040 forms and get notarized?

which is better for interview in consulate?

Did you submit copies of your taxes with your K-1 Application? If so, use those. Otherwise, you'll probably need to get tax return transcripts.

call the irs and ask them if they can fax them to you....but you can only do that if it is a personal fax machine, so if you're using a friends fax machine, they'll ask that you go over there and call them from that number so they can be sure that the personal info is going to you and only you..

Submitting tax returns with a petition would be highly irregular. Call the IRS and have the transcripts faxed to you.

Transcripts from the IRS would be better. Unless you have your W2's etc, which if you lost your returns i would guess you don't, then I think that fresh new notorized tax returns would raise eyebrows. They are available on request from the IRS

No, they want your actual tax returns, not recreations and they also need the W2's and/or 1099's to go with the 1040. Get the transcripts faxed to you. They are free and fast. There must be six people who gave you that same answer already. Get on it.

I called and ordered my tax transcrits using their automated service on Dec.1. They arrived in the mail Dec. 8. Its very easy and they are completely acceptable for the I-134, which, I presume, is what you need them for.

Just google "IRS transcripts", click the link and follow the directions. It will take just a few minutes.
