The I-94 number is on the white slip in your passport, it's the black number printed under "Departure Number". It's on the top left hand number.

The visa number is the red number on the bottom right hand corner of your K1 visa

The A# is on your I-797 K1 NOA on the box typed "Beneficiary" which also has your name.

Good Luck :)
