Hi everyone, I am new to this, but just have a question, I filled my petition for my fiancee on May 5 2007, I didn't get my first notice and they told me that I will be getting a notice pretty soon, Well finally I got a notice in the mail on November 1, 2007 that my petition has been aproved and that they sent the original to the

and it also saids that the

NVC

processing should be compleated within 2 to 4 wks after receiving the petition from USCIS. How long till I hear something from them that my petition was forwared to my fiancee?

You won't. You have to call NVC and talk to a person who locates the new tracking number and tells you the status.

I believe that the NVC will send the USC a letter when the receive the case from the service centre or when they send the case to the embassy.
