There was another article at wiki that said the first North American thanksgving celebration was held in what is now Texas.

I don't think it really matters where or when or how. Because *right now* is what is important. And right now I have a pumpkin pie in the oven and it smells very very yummy! :D

Hehe I just pulled out the cornbread (made with grated apple for fun) and the house smells great. :) Happy (US) Thanksgiving everyone!

Yeah, it WAS OCB in the end--all Guapo's locations were closed.

So we got many of the traditional items (baked-chicken, cornbread, corn, sweet-potato/marshmallow, ...) and some not-so-traditional (soups, pasta, ...).
