IM GETTING VERY FRUSTRATED HERE. I'M A JULY FILER AND NOTHING YET. I DON'T KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON. IM AFRAID THEY WILL CANCEL OUR I-129F NOW.

ANY MORE APPROVALS LATELY?

yes i just got approved on feb 14th

Well I called NVC today and they have my K3 but not I-130. gave me my case number and said it would be forwarded soon to the embassy

I lose hope everyday that I look at this computer.

We need to stay positive and know that our approvals WILL come!

I don't know if any of you July 2007 filers post here anymore but I'm digging this old thread up to let you all know that we finally got our K3 visa Feb. 2010. It took 2 years and 8 months from filing to visa in hand. We got held up for 16 months when he had to do mandatory service in the Egyptian Military. Now we finally get to go on to the AOS!
