I live in texas. So, I should send both I-129f and I-130 together to texas service center right ?

The way things are now I'd go with the I-130 all the way and shine on the I-129F.

No, send any petition from Texas to California. The latest I-129F instructions reflect that so perhaps you don't have the latest. I too would advise you to take a long hard look at whether you want to be locked into the inferior and far more expensive K3 visa path.

I'm encouraged that this information is not having to be passed on daily anymore. I think it's been a couple weeks since I've posted those links. The news seems to be getting out that the filing process and options have changed for spouses. Of course, the policy in the first link above went into effect a year ago.

USCIS needs a spankin for such poor communication and website updating.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
