the Immigration officer told me that my I130 package might have been lost. I am resending the new one!!!!! What should I put in ATTN: " DO NOT LOSE THIS ONE"!!! OR

"I-130 Resending the package" ?

This is freaking me out and it takes such a tool on my marriage.

I'd put on the upper right corner of your paper work in bold letters:

Last name, First name

I-130 resubmission

Don't get too wise with the masters of red tape. They are strong in the Force.

:)

Hi Ales, how did you find out CIS vermont lost your I-130? Did you call the CIS and the Immigration Officer told you? According to CIS, Vermont Center is only sending out NOA1 for I-130 sent to them prior to July 24, 2007. You sent out on August 6th, not 90 days yet. So they still might have your I-130 in their mailroom. By the way, from you timeline, I noticed you have already got you NOA1 on August 29th for the K-3 petition you sent on August 21

to Vermont. So at least they are processing your K-3.

How do you know your package was lost???? How can they tell you this when they are still processing from July 24? We sent ours to Vermont on August 10 and they received on August 15. We haven't heard anything either.

I went to local immigration office. The officer was looking and looking....and looking...said " you package might gave been lost, I would suggest you to resend it again". I have no energy to analyze anymore " how, and why and where"... so I think I will listen sugesstions. This is really annoying....

Yes, she also told me that my k-3 won't be approved until I130 is in the system.

Is it time for a lawyer?

Anybody who is above USCIS who can audit them or do something?
