I received my NOA for I-765 today, but not for the I-485 yet. Is there anyone here who got theirs in the mail separately?

Oct. 25 - I-765 NOA1 (received in mail on 10/31)

Oct. 25 - I-485 NOA1 (received in mail on 11/02)

Oct. 31 - Notice Date for ASC Appointment on 11/24 (received in mail on 11/05)

Nov. 07 - Biometrics for I-485 and I-765 taken

Dec. 06 - I-765 Card production ordered

Dec. 14 - I-765 Approval Notice sent

Geeze, I don't remember but think we only received on NOA for the receipt of the packet at Chicago :blink:

I guess it's normal.We got our EAD NOA ahead before we get NOA for AOS.

AOS TIMELINE

7-26-07 - sent AOS & EAD forms to Chicago Lockbox

9- 1- 07 - received NOA for EAD

9-14-07 - received NOA for AOS & EAD

9-27-07 - BIOMETRICS

9-29-07 - AOS & EAD were touched

10-11-07 -EAD touched

10-15-07 -EAD card production ordered

10-18-07 -AOS case transferred to CSC

10-19-07 -EAD touched

10-20-07 -got d' EAD CARD in mail

10-26-07 -AOS touched

10-29,30,31-07 - AOS touched

11-01,02 -AOS touched

It is OK because some people from october filers got the same, and then after couple days they got all NOA.Don't worry!!!

First we got our NOA for the I-131, then the next day we got NOA's for the other two, in two seperate envelopes.

Our Timeline:

01/29/2007 NOA1!

02/26/2007 Became officially engaged in Rome:)

05/03/2007 NOA2!!!

07/20/2007 Visa Interview in London! Approved!!

10/04/2007 Small private wedding!

04/19/2008 Big fancy shmancy wedding!

AOS Timeline:

10/18/2007 Sent entire AOS, EAD, AP package to Chicago

10/19/2007 Package received in Chicago- signed for by V Bustamante

10/25/2007 NOA1 for AOS, EAD, and AP.

10/26/2007 Check cashed.

11/28/2007 Biometrics appointment in Denver.

12/17/2007 EAD card production ordered!

12/27/2007 EAD card arrives.

12/31/2007 AP approved.

01/07/2008 AP received.

02/01/2008 AOS interview in Denver. APPROVED!

02/11/2008 Green Card received in mail!

Done until July 09' !

I did get my 3 NOAs the same day (in 3 separate envelopes) but getting them separately is not unheard of, I wouldn't worry about it.

Timeline:

2005-04-14: met online

2005-09-03: met in person

2007-02-26: filed for K-1

2007-03-19: K-1 approved

2007-06-11: K-1 in hand

2007-07-03: arrived in USA

2007-07-21: got married, yay!

2007-07-28: applied for green card

2008-02-19: conditional green card in hand

2010-01-05: applied for removal of conditions

2010-06-14: 10-year green card in hand

2013-11-19: applied for US citizenship

2014-02-10: became a US citizen

2014-02-22: applied for US passport

2014-03-14: received US passport

Biometrics wasn't required, they skipped that part
