Thank you Guys.. Having no ID other than passport really freak me out sometimes.. Finally i could have bank account, DL after i have my ssn. and also of course i can start finding job.

02/23/2011- I called USCIS and I was told new schedule in the computer for March 22

I also got email today that my EAD is approved, same day with my AP approval.

Nov. 19, 2007 Mailed AOS, EAD, and AP to Chicago Lockbox

Nov. 28, 2007 NOA1 Notice date

Dec. 18, 2007 AOS transferred to CSC

Dec. 28, 2007 Biometrics appointment (done)

Jan. 16, 2008 EAD card production ordered

Jan. 23, 2008 Received AP in the mail

Jan. 28, 2008 EAD received in the mail

Feb. 8, 2008 AOS touched (K1 & K2)

Feb. 10, 2008 AOS touched (K-1 & K-2)

Feb. 18, 2008 AOS approved (K-1)

Feb. 28, 2008 Received GC in the mail

Removing conditions

Nov. 25, 2009 Mailed documents to Vermont

Nov. 27, 2009 ROC documents recieved in VSC

Looks like USCIS is processing applications they received in the 2nd week and 3rd week of November.

There is a job waiting for me already and I am very relieved now because I know I will get my EAD soon. PRAISE GOD!

Congratulations to all who recived their APs and EADs. WTG!!

How did you get to know they were approved? Did the status online change first, did you get a CRIS e-mail, or just a note in the mail?

My BIO was Dec 20th and still not even touches on AP or EAD. :crying:

My BIO was Dec 20th and still not even touches on AP or EAD. :crying:

Congrats for all who got their EAD and AP approved. Hopefully mine will appove soon. NO touches since 12/14 for EAD and AOS. Last touch for AP was 11/27. Hope to hear some good news pretty soon. Anyone know how does USCIS process EAD and AP? Seems like quite a few out there who filed later than us got approved sooner. Left me wondering... <_<

I just checked our case number and we got an RFE. Are i-485 packages normally approved soon after the RFE is sent in??? Just wondering! I'm disappointed about the RFE, but glad to finally know they are actually working on my case! Yay! :) I wasn't really expecting anything til June, although I was definitely hopeful to hear from them earlier than that. And of course I'm anxious to know what this RFE is... and hoping it's not something silly like we somehow sent the wrong payment, as it looks like has happened to a few on here, because I know that's not true! LOL

Why would it mean something is wrong? I wouldn't think so! :)

I don't think there is another interview after this one... unless there are interviews after you go for the 10-year-green card in 2 years or something.

Aww, I don't think you have to be scared! You already have your interview date... I think that just means they are moving along as quickly as possible, which is good news for us! :)
