How long for the case to appear on-line?

How long do you guys think is gonna take for the case number to appear on-line? I just got it today! :dance: I didn't ask my attorney for that but I was wondering how it went for you? I don't think is specified but.... just curious what do you think about it?. Edited by Boyinflorida

10/23/07 NOA I-130, I-765, I-485 dated 10/19

10/27/07 EAD and AOS Bio received

11/09/07 RFE received. Case resumed.

11/20/07 Biometrics done

11/21/07 EAD&AOS appeared online

11/25/07 AOS&EAD touched!

12/28/07 EAD card production ORDERED

12/29/07 INTERVIEW letter scheduled for 03/25/08

01/07/08 EAD RECEIVED

I had same question. It's been over a month now, our biometrics been over for 2 weeks, still i cannot check my case status online.

K1 Timeline

03/29/2007 - NOA1

04/11/2007 - NOA2

04/17/2007 - NVC forwarded the case to Mumbai Consulate.

04/27/2007 - Packet3 sent to the Consulate.

07/20/2007 - Interview. Received 221g (more relationship documents)

08/06/2007 - Follow-up Interview. Success

AOS Timeline

09/14/2007 - Sent I-485, EAD and AP papers via FedEX

10/11/2007 - Biometrics for AOS and EAD

10/25/2007 - AP and EAD approved. AP mailed

11/03/2007 - Received AP

It seems to vary a lot from case to case but you should expect to wait a month at least.

I filed on July 28, they got it on July 30, they cashed my checks like a month later, then I had my biometrics appointment on Sep 20, and my AOS and EAD (not AP) only showed up online the day after that.

Timeline:

2005-04-14: met online

2005-09-03: met in person

2007-02-26: filed for K-1

2007-03-19: K-1 approved

2007-06-11: K-1 in hand

2007-07-03: arrived in USA

2007-07-21: got married, yay!

2007-07-28: applied for green card

2008-02-19: conditional green card in hand

2010-01-05: applied for removal of conditions

2010-06-14: 10-year green card in hand

2013-11-19: applied for US citizenship

2014-02-10: became a US citizen

2014-02-22: applied for US passport

2014-03-14: received US passport

I filed mine on July 27th, received July 31st. NOA, August 31st and biometrics is scheduled for Nov 9th. I could check my I-485 online starting Oct 17th (still can't check my I-130). So mine was a wait of around 2 and a half months before i could check it online from when they received it.

06/27/11 - Mailed N-400 Naturalization

06/28/11 - NOA Priority Date

08/10/11 - Biometrics (Early FP 07/21/11)

08/01/11 - In Line for Interview Scheduling

08/11/11 - Got Email the interview is scheduled

08/15/11 - Received interview letter for September 19th

08/15/11 - Received interview cancellation letter

10/14/11 - Received new interview letter

11/17/11 - N400 interview - PASSED!!!

11/29/11 - In Line for Oath Ceremony Scheduling

12/30/11 - Got email that oath ceremony is scheduled

01/27/12 - Oath Ceremony - US Citizen!!!!

04/30/10 - Mailed I-751 ROC

05/11/10 - Received NOA (dated 05/03/10)

06/11/10 - Biometrics

07/13/10 - Card Production Ordered

07/22/10 - 10 year Green Card Received in the mail

07/27/07 - I-130 & I-485 Sent to Chicago Lock Box

09/04/07 - Received NOA1 for both I-130 & I-485 (Notice Date of 31st August)

11/09/07 - Biometrics

04/17/08 - Interview

04/21/08 - Received I-130 Approval Notice

05/09/08 - I-485 Approved (Email - Welcome Notice mailed)

05/20/08 - PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD ARRIVED IN THE MAIL

I was wondering that too. I read somewhere on the USCIS website that they are still back logged on getting all of the updates into their system, so it could take 3-4 weeks.

September 2004 - Ede comes to the US as a foreign exchange student

05-17-2005 - Our first date

06-28-2005 - Ede goes back to Hungary

12-28-2005 - Ede comes back to the US! (F-1)

12-10-2006 - We're Engaged!! :D

EAD

04-20-2007 - Ede applies for EAD

06-29-2007 - RFE for EAD (Grr...)

08-10-2007 - Work Permit Received! Finally done! :)

AOS

06-28-2007 - Civil marriage

06-29-2007 - Appt. #1 for med. exam (blood draw & TB skin test)

07-01-2007 - TB skin test was POSITIVE due to the BCG vaccine...grr...Chest x-ray done

07-06-2007 - Went back to civ. surg. w/ TB clearance...not good enough. Can't have the physical yet.

07-13-2007 - Chest x-ray being checked out by TB doc...still no exam.

07-13-2007 - AOS packet ready to mail...except for I-693.

07-24-2007 - Still no exam, but at least they let us set up the appt...

07-27-2007 - Med. Exam DONE! Overnight-mailed AOS application to Chicago!! :D

07-28-2007 - USCIS signed for delivery of package

08-24-2007 - NOA1 Date1, although it was rejected. See next line.

09-04-2007 - AOS Rejected - improper fee, even though it was postmarked before the 30th

09-05-2007 - Sent back entire package with new cover letter explaining improper rejection

09-23-2007 - AOS package rejected again! E-mailed Congressman

10-05-2007 - Went to Congressman's office - left packet there so be re-sent

10-19-2007 - NOA1 Received -FINALLY! Not rejected! :D

11-02-2007 - Biometrics appointment at Waukegan Office

02-05-2008 - Interview in Chicago -approved! :D
