Hello everybody, I sent out my I-129f form September 30th. Does anybody have any idea about how much longer untill i hear something. I sent a money order so i cant check for it online.

Usually it takes 2-3 weeks from when you send the petition.

Be patient, believe me, the waiting has just begun!

I would expect you to have your NOA1 at least by the end of October. Per the USCIS Ombudsman confrence call this last week, they took on extra staff and are working overtime to make sure everyone's petitions are rcpt'd by the end of October. If you do no have a rcpt by the end of October, they reccomend you call USCIS to complain. Im not sure how much good it will do, but that's what they said. Hopefully you wont have to wait very long, I know it must be frustrating. Best of luck for a speedy approval!

Forever lol. Mine took 130 days to get approved.
