letter from friends for AOS interview

We have our interview on the 16th. I have everything together so far, just want to ad a letter from a friend that knows us together since 4 years and traveled with us. Does he has to put his SSN in the letter? Birthday? Or just plain address and full name?

i don't think ssn is needed, just name and address

We were asked for 3 at the interview, even though we already had 2, which she didnt even look at.
