You should have the originals of everything sent, so I would make new copies of all the documents, and return the I-751 to them with the RFE.

Your profile says you are filing for K-1 yet you are talking about Lifting Conditions, can you update your details, as well as do a timeline, it helps other's understand your case when you ask questions, as well as improves VJ's statistics for lifting conditions giving people an idea of how long the process is taking others.

So few seem to do timelines for I-751.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Do you have to pay the fees again? Hopefully you didn't send the originals. Good luck

thanks Spiderette for the tip..hope i ll get mine in the next few days...but why is it early? they say that we can file as long as we get divorce .just never in less than the 90 days to the second anniversary of the green card issuing.

Our I-751s were sent to the NSC and we received a rejection notice (by itself, even though it said our originals were attached). A few days later we received our entire packet back, with the check and the actual rejection letter, but it was sent from the CSC several days later (I think the info is in my signature timeline) so the two documents were sent from two different offices and explains why they arrived several days apart.

When one is divorced they don't have to wait until the 90-day window; they are supposed to file the I-751 upon the finalization of the divorce.
