It always seems like nothing happens on Mondays, or it is notoriously slow for approvals. Here is wishing, hoping, praying.. whatever it takes, to get both service centers to unleash the NOA2's!

According to my timeline I should be seeing some kind of movement around 11th March.

I can't believe how we've resisted the temptation to call.....lol

Although my SO has itchy fingers right now.

The only reason I am calm is because i'm off to Dallas on Sunday for two weeks work training, so one way or another I will get 'bleedin' touched

I'm going to keep spying on Lucian as we're so close. So watch out guys, I'm on your case......lol

You should get your NOA2 way before I do cuz you filed in September. But it's good you're going to see your fiance....it will definitely help break this agonizing wait.

Yeah! My mum has land over there somewhere and most of my aunts have retired there now!

We learnt the nasty words as a last resort as them St Lucian men really don't like to take no for an answer. haha!

My SO hopes we get to go over there at some point soon.

But geez!! I'll be staying in a hotel in Castries next time and not with family. lol. As much as i love them, I just didn't get a minutes peace....

I mean, surely if i wanted a mango i could just go buy one rather than go pick one in 100% heat........hahahaaha!

RFE Problems

I received a RFE on 02/19/2008 and responded on 02/20/2008. On 02/22/2008 received email notice saying that the document was received. Since then I have 3 touches in a row on the 25th, 26th and 27th. After that nothing no update or anything. I have called twice and no one can tell me anything but that my case is under review. Has anyone had a similar experience.

I have had an almost identical experience, this is drving me nuts, it was the same thing, they received my evidence on the Feb. 26 and had about two or three touches in a row, since the 29th though, nothing and my timeline here on VSC says I should have an aprroval by Feb. 8 ahhhh I just want this NOA2

It would be great if you and your SO can get over there soon. My SO and I want to renew our vows there in a couple of years so we can share the happy occasion with both our families.

I love St. Lucia....it's so lush and beautiful but yes you are right, it is so dang HOT!!!

Congrats to all the recent October approvees!! I know the rest of us will be soon! I declare this week official October filers approval week.

And Tars, Estadia and L&P, I'm sure those touches mean they are working on your files and will approve them any day now. Heck, they might even be already approved, lots of people have found that the online system never gets updated. Just keep you eye on your mailbox at home this week...

They have touched us 3 times this week and I hope to get NOA2 before March 15....
