hi there.....i been reading and searching for topics regarding to my concern but i cant find any so i just decided to ask it here....(i tried serching first before asking) its is about my fiance G-325A... he cant remember some details about his ex-wife like the birthdates and not sure about the maiden names and theres no way he can hold of her now since the marriage ended more than 10years ago and he havent seen her in the same length of time....will this be a problem?i got some response from my other post (with other topic and just inserted this question) that this might cause a denial of the visa for lack of information about ex-spouses..please help...thanks... :help:

Hi there!

The info that your fiance needs must be on the divore decree, he must submit it with the petition.

Cheecks,

If that doesn't work, suggest that he ask in the County records office where the marriage took place to see if they have a copy of the Marriage Liscense application. It is possible that he had to provide a copy of that information when they wanted to get married.

June 28th 2007 sent 1-129f to NSC

July 11th 2007 NOA-1 received date on NOA-1 (now at CSC)

July 19th 2007 NAO 1 Reciept date on NOA-1

Dec 13th 2007 - arrives at NVC

Dec 20th 2007 - leaves NVC on route to GUZ

Not necessarily. My maiden name was on mine too. I didn't change my name back.

hi there...thanks....we'll thats our option...for him to go to the court house or county to get the information...coz in his divorce decree the maiden name of his ex was not written....hes trying to look for his marriage certificate..maybe we can find the details we needed in that paper....thanks so much....

The state Court House where the Divorce was filed is where u can obtain a copy of the decree, it will provide all of the info needed/also you might want to submit a original copy of the divorce decree since it was a while ago- make sure it has the raised seal from the court clerk.
