We are currently waiting for the approval of our petition.

It's been almost 2 months now and still we didn't hear anything.

I am worried........We received the NOA1 last July 27, 2007...

I wonder when will be the NOA2....I hope we'll get it soon.

If anyone from the Philippines who is waiting the same pls. msg me....

Anyone pls. help me I wanna know all the requirements for the interview...

According to the immigration timelines stats CSC has about a 95 day wait between the NOA 1 and NOA 2. Good luck :thumbs:

Lots of people well over 100 days from NAO1 to NAO2. Hope for the best, but plan for the worst is what I'm doing :wacko:

Sometime in April: Mailed I129F to USCIS

5/31/2007 ~ NAO1 (online)

9/6/2007 ~ Touch (used RFE trick)

9/24/2007 ~ NAO2 (online and email)

9/25/2007 ~ Touch

9/27/2007 ~ NAO2 (hardcopy received)

10/22/2007 ~ Case received at NVC

10/24/2007 ~ Case forwarded to Japanese embassy!

11/2/2007 ~ Sayaka receives Packet 3!!!

12/3/2007 ~ Interview and approval

12/5/2007 ~ Visa came in the mail

1/12/2008 ~ Sayaka's flight arrives in the US!!!

My fiance and I received our NAO1 in the mail on May 7th and still havent heard anything. Some people just have to wait a long time. I know a girl who did this with her canadian fiance and the whole process took over a year. That's American immigration. The process isnt quick for most.

Lately you can plan on between 100 and 140 days. They may speed up a bit but the whole process is taking much longer now. I received my noa2 145 days from filing and just got it this week

15/05/2007 Sent 129f to Nebraska transferred to Csc

29/05/2007 Recieved noa1

01/06/2007 Touch

15/08/2007 Called csc. told working on apps from 14/05/2007

15/08/2007 Touch(Due to phone call)

16/08/2007 Touch( phone call or did it finally get assigned?)

19/09/2007 Approved (145 days from sending)

02/11/2007 NVC received

06/11/2007 Left NVC

14/11/2007 Embassy received

15/11/2007 Packet sent out

September 2006 : first meeting in US for a month ,after on year of communication

April 2007 :Second meeting in Us for a month

June 2007: we engaged our lawyers

17 July 2007 : I-129F send to USCIS California center

22 July 2007 : [1st NOA

16 September 2007 : Half of the waiting time done 60 days

09/22/2007 : day 66 what a long time still to wait........

11/29/2007 : NOA2 YEEEEEAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH

03 January 2008 : Package 3 fromthe embassy

17 January 2008 : Medical examination

03 Febuary 2008 / Package 4

17 MARCH INTERVIEW

25 MARCH APPROVED GOT MY K1
