How did you acquire your citizenship? You are a natural born citizen via your father right? I assume they recorded your birth abroad through the consulate.. What documentation did you use to acquire a US passport?

YMMV

Well, Im a U.S from my parents, or I assume thats what the question asks. Im not real sure how I obtained my citizenship, except for the fact my father was in the air force stationed in the U.K, and married mom there. I was born there, then came to this country at a very young age. I have an English birth certificate, but have a U.S passport. Im assuming like I was saying.....I would fill in the form where it says....citizenship from parents, and then it doesnt want anything else.

Thx

I wanted to add this also, if there is any reason a visa would be denied, or any known instances, from your fiancee being pregnant with your child. For example your visiting your fiancee, and she gets pregnant, and you are back here getting ready for your next visit...ect..

Thx

I suppose it depends on whether it is your child or not..... Pregnancy of the beneficiary is not automatic grounds for denial..... but they may have questions regarding the existence of bonafide relationship.....

Yes, thats what I was thinking also. I figured if the child belonged to to the biological, there would be no question as to obtaining a fiancee visa. Blood work ect...could prove this 10 fold.

Thx
