Mmm hmm. Yep, I know what you mean! I've been sick two weeks ago with bad cold virus. I still sound like I'm talking through my nose because I've been so congested. I rarely get sick. I'm eating everything in sight. It seems I have so much to do with so little time. Planning wedding for the next few months and getting things done around the house. My mom is planning on having a dinner for him when he get here as well. I think I need a day in a nice relaxing bubbly jacuzzi! You know, I think he'll owe me one when he get here. Tee hee! B)

Sheesh, I think I'm gonna be like you 'cause I tend to get nervous. All I can say is maybe take a sleep aid. It helps me to put on some relaxing music when I go to bed, but sometimes I wake up 3-4 times during the night. The only thing that works for me is to take a sleep aid.

GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I'd cry too if all I could get on my TV was Good Times and Little House on the Prairie!!!!!!!!!!!

Kidding.....been there, done that. In the midwest myself.

It does get better. Just hang in there.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

I was the same way...a complete and utter mess starting about 3 weeks before my fiance's interview. I got extremely sick (hurting stomach, short breath, dizziness, headaches, nausea, heartburn, and the worst cold I've ever had) and emotional. I threw up a few times and even gained weight. I was crying and really anxious. No matter what I tired to do there was always the what ifs that brought my anxiety back. Try to keep yourself occupied, but it probably won't get better until the interview is over. I was still worried even when they told him he was approved because I was worried they would find some silly reason to delay him again.

I was very scared and nervous during the first weeks after getting our interview date in July. Now its here!!!!!!!!Interview is in 3 days and Im just numb and somewhat at peace. Dont ask me how

Just cant wait to get over with it already....I would say keeping busy and not talking about it with my SO is helping, instead we talk about other stuff we want to do after....tomorow we will be going over our papers for the last time b4 the day. We vowed not to talk about it on Sunday or Monday. The joy of the lord is our strength and I trust He wont fail us now.

discerned1, just keep busy it will be fine

I know just how you are feeling. My husbands interview is 10/2/07 and I'm going crazy just trying to get things ready for him. But don't worry, it will all be over soon.

Right now I am eating an angus burger quesadilla with onion rings from Applebees, sounds strange but scrumptious right? ha! ...Eating stuff I never ever tried before! Whoa, this has got to stop!

Wow, LovinLiberia, you were pretty sick there! I can only imagine how it would be for me the night before...probably up all night til he finished his interview. I probably will even take the day off work because I know I would not have gotten enough rest the night before.

Jomo's girl, Truthfully, if I could get Good times and Little house on the prairie AND Sanford and Son as the only channels, I would be a happy soul. Just give me a couple bottles of Mango Snapple and some chocolate chip cookies and I'm a happy couch potater at...well at least til the fiance comes.

Hi Naijagal, I will be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers for your upcoming interview. I know all will be well for you.

Yeah, I go to my Bible reading and prayer for comfort through these times. It really helps when I tend to forget and get afraid and worry. All in all, I know all will be well. Even my fiance has been in a moody mood lately. I believe it's really getting to him too, now that the time is drawing near. Anyway, all of you guys are great. Thanks for the encouragements. I will try to keep myself occupied with a few things. I love to bake and sew. I will probably do some of that too.:thumbs:

Thanks Queen Jenn. Everyone takes anxiety in a different way. I try to keep away from the sleep aids and indulge in a hot cup of decaffeinated chamomile tea to try to soothe and calm my nerves. Also reading in the book of Psalms helps me out a lot too.
