Temp Green Card

Hello All,

If some one could answer the following question.

A friend of mine married a foreign male in Florida, and has now begun the visa process. He has his temp green card, but has already shown that he has no interest in her, has moved out, and works without helping. It is obvious he is only here for his citizenship and using her.

Is there anything she can do? Can she stop the process and stop him geting his green card by using her?

Did she petition this alien as a K-1 ?

I believe that he was already here (In USA) when they got married in Fl, at least that is the way I was reading it.

If he is here legally on some other basis he does not necessarily need her...

Well I wish the OP would hurry up and come back and explain......lol.

The way I am taking it is khe was here illegally and married in Fl and then she started the AOS (visa process). Just my oppinion, I may be reading more into it, than it really is.
