Jackie - I just wanted to say this is a great way to show support for those waiting and ur a sweet person for doing it - hey one day perhaps there shall be a slumber party for me too - yahoo - - at the rate things are going it will be next year..but who is keeping track...lol....

I129F (K3)

Sent 129F on 10/19/05 to Chicago.

Received Noa1 11/3/05 from Missouri

Received Noa2and Approved I129F.

National Visa letter saying file moved to Amman. Was completed and sent on 12/16/05.

Received packet from embassy at my attorney's January 15, 2006

Packet mailed to my husband on January 22, 2006

Packet received by embassy on February 5, 2006.

Embassy called in April and set the interview date for August 23, 2006

Embassy called on 7-25 and asked Faisal to interview on 7-26 (nervous wreck but prepared)

7-26-06 Faisal is approved for K3 Visa

8-24-06, Faisal arrives at O'Hare Airport!!!!!!!

EAD filed in middle of September, 2006 approved in middle of October, 2006 and husband working

at end of October, 2006!

AOS I485

5-2-07- Noa1 on AOS

5-18-07-fingerprinting completed

5-25-07-letter received from USCIS from Missouri asking for proof of income from cosponsor.

AOS INTERVIEW SET FOR SEPTEMBER 5, 2007 IN CHICAGO

Melinda I promise when it is your time to party, I will be here for you.

I won't be participating in much of the day-to-day action on VJ, but will be reading and cheering each of you on from the sidelines, as I have been benched. (just a crazy football analogy :) )

Moody it was nice to hear your news at 4am and anyone that wants to call me, my number is available to ya. Andrea where you going tonight? Somebody remind me to call and remind Amal cuz she is a little forgetful :whistle:

Jackie thanks I appreciate it - ur a great support of so many here and it is so nice to have this - as this process can be so overwhelming and I remember how I felt just beginning this - - and its ppl like u here on VJ that make this process a little easier...ty...(F)

VJ Hours - I am available M-F from 10am - 5pm PST. I will occasionaly put in some OT for a fairly good poo slinging thread or a donut.

Completely overwhelmed--every time I look at the clock I keep thinking "ok, it's 4 hours till he leaves his house, 5 hours till 7AM!!!" I'm still tasting my dinner but in a burned kind of regurgitated (sp?) form. So far today I drank 4 liters of ginger ale.... lol

I'm going to clean (nervous habit) and probably show up at the party around 9:30-10ish EST. I've been cleaning for about an hour or so so the closer we get, the calmer I get.

Well...for now. It's going to change after midnight. hahahaha

Divorced. To hell with him.

sparrow - happy cleaning - this calms me too - haha of course I need to have my music cranked as well, add some terrible dancing and singing and that does the trick for me..hahahaha....i am so happy for you to be at this moment and wish your SO all the best - - and I kind of chuckled at ur post about the connection about him calling u after the interview or you calling him - gotta love those connections in Egypt - - hahaha. - - you and your SO are in my prayers!!!

GOOD LUCK. My prayers are with you. I will be checking first thing in the morning for the news. And connections are horrible. I spent 9 days with bad net connections there..so now I udnerstand...maybe we should all contribute and open our OWN net service there???? WE'd be rich...heheheehe... Anyways..Good luck girl.

May 10, 07 - Interview....APPROVED!!!

May 23, 07 - GC in hand

Feb 10, 09 - I-751 sent to CSC

Feb 12, 09 - NOA1

Apr 20, 09 - Approved!

Jun 12, 09 - Card Production Ordered

Jun 19, 09 - 10 year GC Received
