I don't know why I didn't notice it sooner, but I DO NOT have a PRIORITY DATE on our NOA1. We just have the recieved date >>june 12 & notice date >>june 22nd. Should there be a Priority date there??

I was just excited that we got our NOA1 in the mail and just wasn't paying any attention :wacko:

Maybe I should call and speak to a rep there in CSC?!

Aisha - we don't have a priority date listed on our NOA1 either. I do not believe that there should be one on there however. (I hope!! :whistle: )

Well I guess , I will give them a call tomorrow afternoon after work.

Just to see what the heck they have to say bout it ....if anything ( if i can talk to a live person )

It does make me feel a lil better knowing that mine is not alone :)

touched again today.so dont worry we are in the same timeline so we will soon get our approvals.good luck.

February 05 2008 :sent the AOS fee bill via express mail

February 06 2008 :AOS fee bill delivered to NVC 1:05 PM per USPS tracking system

February 11 2008 :IV bill generated

February 21 2008 :IV fee bill received and payt sent delivered at 12:30 PM next day

march 03 2008:DS-230 generated

march 31 2008 :send the DS-230 package via express mail delivred march 2 2008

april 4 2008 :NVC recieved DS-230 into system

april 18 2008 :CASE COMPLETED 101 day since number case assigned

june 25 2008 : interview

july 11 2008 : got the call to come pick up my visa

july 14 2008 : visa in hand alhamdolilah

Good Luck Clow - you certainly deserve to hear something SOON - keep checking your status today/tonight if you can (just not too obsessively! hehe) As I have noticed that Approval updates have a trend of coming late at night!

Received our first touch!

6-23-06 Met, Cali Colombia

Visited Estrella 8 times before marriage.

5-28-07 Married San Andras Island Colombia

6-5-07 Mailed overnight I-130 for both of them.

6-7-07 I-130's received at TSC.

I-130 transfered to CSC.

6-19-07 Checks deposited

6-22-07 Received I-797-C Notice of Action from CSC for both Estrella and our daughter with notice date of 6-19-07.

Touched 11-11-07

Estrella 1-130 approved 11-13-07 still waiting on our daughter

11-16-07 Recived Estrella's 2 NOA in the mail but no info on daughter
