Even if she suceeds, and you do get married, she will still be an illegal, and always will be. She is barred by law from adjusting her status. When she finally is caught, she will be removed from the country and face a 10 year bar on coming back with a visa.

You would not have anything to worry about if she is already in the U.S, She could go ahead and file the I-485, after you marry her to adjust her status, along with your the I-130, petition for relative. Only thing they may give you problems with is if you already filed for the K-1, then they may think that you have committed Visa fraud. If She was on the B-1/B-2, when she married you if the I-129F is still pending.
