Could be.. or not. They can be quite picky about details, and leaving out previous marriages is well, a big detail. Can you re-send the documents or just maybe the certificates in question?

Unless they are totally incompetent, you will at least get an RFE. They may send everything back to you but I think that is far less likely.

pushbrk said "incompetent" referring to NVC folks revising your package, not "incomplete"... but it got me thinking... If those doc's are missing and they 'exist', your package IS incomplete. You will get RFE'd, so get those doc's as soon as you possibly can and send them before the RFE appears in your mailbox ;)

Good luck!!!!

Well, yes, I said incompetent but the RFE will come from USCIS, not NVC.

I meant you can count on an RFE so get the docs ready to send.

You submission is also incomplete.

You must submit proof that all revious marriages have been terminated before they wil deem your current marriage lawful. These proofs are requested in the instructions for the I-130.

You WILL receive an RFE someday for these documents. Make sure they are certified by the issuing authority.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.
