Does the NVC schedul the interview after or before the case is competed ?

Hi.

when it says case completed does it mean they already scheduled the interview or the case is completed but they didn't schedul the interview yet ?

I'm wondering because my case was completed on the 17th but I dunno if they already scheduled my interview or not.

does anybody know how it works ?

Hi! As far as mine went once the case was completed on march 12 2007 it was up to the NVC to schedule the interview .......just found out Friday that mine is set for Sep 20th......The NVC office schedules the interviews in the secound week of each month........Each Embassy is different so I would look to see if you can find another persons time line that is close to yours .....This will give you an estimeted time as to when to expect yours give or take a month..........From the time mine was complete to the time the scheduled it was five months.......six months until the interview ...

The NVC won't schedule the interview AFTER they have completed the case. Since yours was completed on the second week of August, your interview will probably be scheduled the second week of September, but call the NVC to make sure.
