No USCIS Online Account Number on I-130 NOA1, NOA2, nor myUSCIS webiste?

Is this normal? I'm a US citizen petitioner. The only form I've filed is this I-130 (accepted and case closed -> sent to NVC). It was filed online and this is the only reason I have a USCIS account

 

I have checked both NOAs; the "home" screen including the I-130 case status, history, and documents tabs; inbox; settings. No OAN that I can see anywhere. Only number I can see is the IOE receipt number in some of those places.

I really wouldn't worry if it's not on your I-797. You don't need it, and a lot don't bother with it even if they do have it (I did, logged in once, never used it again!). Now your I-130 has been approved you'll be using CEAC for the next step anyway.

After the NOA2 and case is sent to NVC,  NVC will assign a case number according to embassy 

Not sure where u will interview as Netherlands no longer does IV (spouse ) interviews but if should start with FRN when you get notice of NVC received 

Like FRN 2026xxxxxxxxx (for Frankfort) and using that number , you can lo into CEAC site to complete the I 864 and ds 260 by paying both fees allowing you to  download all supporting documents

It will be at the top of the letter you received with your Online Access Code when you initially filed the I-130
