Typing error on form I-693

Hello everyone,

I just noticed a very minor error in the copy that my civil surgeon gave to me of the form I-693. It's about the city of birth. Everything else is correct, country of birth is ARGENTINA, but in city of birth they put "ARG" instead of my city of birth.

I'm sending my AOS package, and in every single form I put "Buenos Aires" as my city of birth, because it is. But I'm just wondering if this "ARG" error by the civil surgeon will cause any problems or an RFE (trying to avoid it as much as possible so my case doesn't get delayed). Should I contact the civil surgeon and ask to do the package again? if so, will they charge me something for it? Or it is an error that will most likely be understood by the uscis officer looking at my case?

Others' advice may differ, but I think this ^^.  Your applications, birth certificate, and other documents all say Buenos Aires; if you're questioned, shrug your shoulders and say that the clerk in the civil surgeon's office must have been sloppy.  Again, I think that this is minor.
