Yes.  You support him, therefore, he counts as part of your household.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

Nvc already accepted my i-864 with missing child.what to do now?.

Take a corrected one to the interview.  I would also upload a corrected one to CEAC.

Should i keep i-864 as it is just fix missing child or should i add 2025 income as well? Since the one uploaded at nvc only have till year 2024 income

it would help if we could see your timeline (please complete one on your profile)

as this depends on when the interview will take place

if before 4/15 only USC petitioner has to update with the child added

 

If after 4/15 u will need 2025 tax returns as well as the joint sponsor's and new I 864 for both

 

So, when is the interview?

What country is the embassy in?

Are you providing documents to show you can add the spouse to health care insurance or buy a policy in your state?

Are u DQ'd?
