    Who still owns a printer?.maybe you can help this? Dont wanna open too many threats.Part of i-130 previous petition.,long time ago did fiance visa for ex wife.but i only remember month and year when i filled.i dont remember the service center.and got rid of those old uscis notices papers.cant check where i filled.

    My child was born last year 2022 i obtained her crba this year 2023,now for 2002 tax purposes can i claim her as dependent? she lives abroad., Haven't done taxes yet waiting for her crba.

    Doesn't matter the nationality on the marriage certificate? I have dual citizenship american and something else,and is easier to marry abroad in my home country with my home country citizenship than american. will it cause any hassle with spouse future a petition.?

    My child was born back in april,I was supposed to be there, but she was born about a month early.i went to see her about a month after .because of work and other things I have to take care of.i was going to get my child crba but i didnt bring any documents with me i didn't know you need all those papers.now im.going back to states and i wont be able to start the crba process until next year.will that give me any hassle in the future when i apply for her crba?.that it took me too long.

    A long time ago Brought ex wife to america using k1 visa forward a couple of years after that we filled aos but missed interview because we had a fallout and separated she went the vawa route to get the green card i dont know if using same aos papers.what i would like to know is if the affidavit of support was void because we didnt go to the interview and and she got the green card using vawa route. I like to fill new papers for new partner but i have no idea what happened with that affidavit of support.

    She is citizen of my.home.country and will be citizen of the us when i get the crba. I have double nationality.home country and usa.
