Hello everyone,

I sent in an inquiry (PI) to NVC yesterday asking for our case number. Our NOA2 was December 4th and we got sent to DOS on February 5th.

Since it has been 2 weeks I was advised to ask for the case number on February 20th and I figured worst case they would say that our data is awaiting entry.

NVC emailed me back almost immediately telling me that they have not received it.

It's been over 2 weeks and they're saying they don't even have it? Not that they haven't touched it yet - they've never received it?

I'm seeing online of other people who have been sent to DOS on the same date as our petition and they already have their case numbers.

Is this normal?

Thanks all.
