Hi, i have a friend who was petition by her husband and she had a date set for the visa interview appointment for 12/30/2025 and 6 days before they got a email that the visa interview appt had been change to 1/28/2026 she had her medical exam and everything done but on the paper it says expiration 12/31/2025. They reached out to nvc etc to ask if she would have to go to the medical exam again, does anyone know if the medical exam she previously got done will be valid for the new interview date

When did she have the medical done? Normally people do it a week or two before the interview so is she sure it’s expiring so soon?

It must be valid for the interview and entering the US - one has to enter the US within 6 months of it and the visa will only be valid to that date.
