my country is on the recent ban list and I travelled before it was banned. Should I be worried as I return back on February

I am currently outside the country traveling on advance parole (Form I-131). Recently, my country was added to a partial travel ban list, and the ban is scheduled to take effect on January 1. Will I be in trouble if I come back to USA mid February?

What's your visa status in the US? Which country? And how long have you been out of the US?

did you ever complete the AOS by finding the missing previous divorce degree from your husband's previous marriage?

 

Is the USC keeping you informed of any mail coming to you from USCIS while you are gone?

 

You could find out marriage is not valid if that divorce never happened and then yes,   could be issues at POE

Return before Jan 1st if at all possible is the advice I can give you. 

Advance Parole does not guarantee entry, as you are still seeking admission at the border and CBP based on USCIS guidelines can deny you entry and probably will.

now only thing that can be helpful is partial ban part, but who knows what will be happening come Feb (your timeline wise)
