I am confused if the date shown on USCIS (Sent to NVC) considered NVC receive date. or is there a lag between those two dates.

I tried to search on this website, but did not find the answer.

Additionally, it would be helpful if this website includes the "NVC receive date" in "Immigration Timelines (K1)"

NVC received date is not the same/ takes about a month for packet to be sent and the new embassy # assigned by NVC  / it will be a CSBxxxxxxx number

USCIS will not have access after case receives the case / the case tracker then will be CEAC

https://ceac.state.gov/ceacstattracker/status.aspx

Also NVC does not work on your K1

Embassy assigns a number

you can then fill out the DS 160

and when the embassy sends requests for new cases , yours will go to embassy for u to schedule the interview

it is very important for u to ID the country/embassy if u need further info about a particular embassy/

for Moroc you will also have to select a Aramex office for delivery of passport with visa (if approved)

All your questions can be answered on the following site for K1 visa/ BTW  do not trust AI for information as its often wrong and too generalized

It is not the same date.... And you would be hard pressed to find the date that NVC actually receives it as they do not give out that information that I have ever seen. Usually it takes a few weeks after USCIS says they have sent it for NVC to intake it and assign it a case number. In our case it was about 3 and a half weeks from the time USCIS changed the status to the time NVC gave us the case number via public inquiry request. YMMV as things have slowed down a bit since we did it in 2024.

Thanks @JeanneAdil and @Edward and Jaycel for answering.

There are other applicants like myself who are confused between these two dates. e.g. https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=486923

This applicant has same as mine NOA2 (8/14), USCIS sent to NVC date (10/4). but he is considering 10/4 and NVC receive date

I don't think i ever saw a received NVC date (as a priorty date) on any of my petitons.  i just got letter (email for the last petition) giving me my new number

Even when the case was transfered to another office no new priority date
