It's actually RFIE (request for initial evidence). I wonder if these two (rfie vs. rfe) are different or it's just the same and the first one is called rfie and the subsequent ones are called rfe.

RFIE is usually for something missing or unclear that is required to be submitted with the application.... Were you able to recall all of your previous addresses during the interview? I remember you said you had trouble recalling them all or something? If not, that may be a trigger for an RFIE.

I recalled all of them, just not exact month.

 

But hopefully it's just that.

So basically my employer filed my tax incorrectly in 2022, which caused me to owe tax (about $20k), which I also already paid it off a couple months later. I forgot to upload the Account Transcripts for all the years to prove that I paid off all the tax debt, so they requested for that.

I already uploaded the evidence. I just wonder if they include all the missing evidences in RFE/RFIE so we can provide them all at once, or they just request one by one (like now is the account transcript, then later they will send another RFE for whatever else missing).

Hi everyone. Just a quick update that since my interview in January 26. Today I got the status update saying: oath ceremony will be scheduled.
