How long to pay fees?

How long after you got the welcome letter, you had to pay the Fees? 

And are 3 or 2 fees?

Affidavit of Support/Inmigtant fee/ and am I forgetting something? 

I have read people saying three fees, other people say we have to pay only two.

there are 2 fees due at NVC for processing the I 864 and ds 260

 

Later , if visa is approved, there is a fee to process the green card /its best to pay prior to arrival in US but can be paid after

2 fees at this stage, as set out on the website - https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-1-submit-a-petition/step-3-pay-fees.html

 

You can delay paying them indefinitely but obviously the visa application won’t start until you do. 
 

Then the green card fee once the visa is granted.
