Hello Hello!

Good day to all! Would anyone happen to know how long does it take to recieve or hear anything about an NOA1 notification? I filed late august but im unsure of when i should start being concerned they lost the package and if i have to resubmit everything again.

If you have not received a receipt notice via the e-notification method and/or your payment method has not been processed then you can make an inquiry to the lockbox email 30 days after they received your submission. If you have received your receipt number, and you didn't receive the NOA1 in the mail, you have to wait for 60 days from the date of your receipt notice to ask for a new NOA1.
