How soon after you met did you marry?

Met, marry three weeks later and I have not left. I was able to work remotely.  Can they denial her a visa base on that fact and age gap?  Is there a legal way or procudures to over come those issues if that is the case? I fully understand that HCM consulate is a high fraud location.  I am sure any court in the US will find we have a legit marriage, but we may not have that opportunity.  The CO seem to make her decision based on felling rather than looking at thousand of pages of evidences I uploaded and have the original with me at the interview.

On the positive side you have been together for at least a year and a half.

I uploaded all the evidences to USCIS online up untill the case approved in April 2025. Should they already see all the proof of relationsship?

Weird. I’d upload it all again as well as anything else that’s happened since and any additional financial documents you have. Sometimes the easiest solution is just to give them what they want.
