I know this might seem like a stupid question here on this forum, but what happens after CEAC status is READY now for the Warsaw embassy?

I know the next step is a medical and interview, but is there supposed to be some kind of instructions sent our way? Or are we supposed to figure out how to

book the medical and interview ourselves?  This is the screenshot, and we do not have any appointments booked for anything, just wondering how to proceed from here?

the embassy should reach out with instructions for next steps. this is typically called packet 3.

It can depend on visa type. For some they will schedule your interview, for others they won't.

As for the packet, sometimes they don't arrive in good time, if at all. Probably best to figure out what the next steps are yourself, knowing your visa category, and go from there. If you are able to schedule things yourself, there's no harm in doing so.
